Email Web Browser Access

If possible, verify that you can access the system via a web browser before configuring your smartphone, tablet, or Outlook client software.

• From a web browser (Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox) go to http://webmail.trocglobal.com
• You will see a Microsoft Office 365 Login Page – enter your username (e.g. [email protected])

• The first time you log in, you will be prompted to set your Language preference, and time zone. It’s important to set your time zone correctly to ensure that calendar appointments will be displayed at the correct time. Select your Time zone, and click “Save”

• That’s it – you’re in! Click new, and start composing your first message in the TROC Global Communications Platform.
